The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by giving written notice to the landlord. The relevant date is the day the landlord receives the notice of withdrawal. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, they must compensate the landlord for the expenses already incurred and the lost profit as follows. If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period, the following amounts will be charged:
- No compensation is due to the landlord if cancellation occurs up to the 121st day before the start of the rental period.
- If cancellation occurs between 30 and 120 days before the check-in date, the deposit will be fully retained.
- If cancellation occurs between 9 to 29 days before the check-in date, 70% of the booking price is due.
- If cancellation occurs up to 8 days before the check-in date, 90% of the booking amount is due.
If the cancellation is announced in time, the landlord will try to re-rent the holiday apartment. If the attempt to re-rent is successful, only a cancellation fee of 15% of the total amount will be due.
A substitute person who agrees to the terms can be named by the tenant. A written notification to the landlord is sufficient. The landlord will then initiate the necessary steps to arrange the contract with the substitute tenant. If the tenant does not use the booking without prior cancellation, arrives late, or departs earlier than originally booked, 100% of the booking amount will still be due. To cover potential issues such as trip interruption, tenants are advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Ein Traumurlaub mit Grandioser Aussicht. Die Kombination aus wunderschöner Unterkunft, perfekter Lage und den netten Gastgebern ist unschlagbar.
Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und zu Hause.
Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die grandiose Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist schlichtweg atemberaubend und jeden Morgen ein Geschenk. Ob beim Frühstück oder abends bei einem Glas Wein; dieser Panoramablick macht den Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

Äußerst nette Gastgeber, die uns viele Detailinfos zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen gegeben haben. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine schöne große Terrasse, einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Im Garten wachsen verschiedene mediterrane Kräuter, lecker zu Pasta und Steak!
