Come arrivare
From Germany via Munich to Salzburg. Take the Tauern motorway A 10 from Salzburg towards Villach, after the Oswaldi Tunnel take the first exit towards Ossiacher See. Turn left at the traffic lights and continue straight until you reach Bodensdorf.
After the gas station, turn right immediately, cross the railway tracks and turn right again immediately. At the end of the road, on the left side, is the parking lot of KMB.

Gut hat uns die Ausstattung der Wohnung gefallen, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Neues Schlafzimmer, gute Matratzen, auch im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Das Mobiliar ist aber teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Essecke ist zwar zum Essen gut geeignet, leider konnten wir nicht wirklich gemütlich sitzen, um abends z. B. Fernsehen zu schauen (Fernseher ist neu und hat eine gute Größe). Die Sitzbank ist sehr unbequem und hart bei längerem Sitzen. Das WC benötigt eine Verjüngungskur. Duschbad ist okay. Balkon auch okay, leider aber auch recht unbequeme Stühle. Sehr schön ist der Privatzugang zum See und das große Schwimmbad im Erdgeschoss. Der Ort Bodensdorf bietet nicht wirklich viel für Menschen, die nicht wandern od. sich anderweitig sportlich betätigen wollen. Am Ort, 2 Discounter, Apotheke, Bäckerei.

Wir waren im August in dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Sie befindet sich in einem Gebäudekomplex, der einen eigenen Liegestrand am See hat, inkl. Spielplatz und eigenem Bootssteg, von wo aus wir eine tolle Bootstour machen konnten. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles für einen perfekten Aufenthalt inkl. Geschirrspüler und Mikro/Grill. Frühstücken kann man gemütlich auf dem kleinen Balkon und abends an der großen Essecke gemeinsam essen, spielen (diverse (Karten-)Spiele gehören zum Inventar der Wohnung) oder Filme schauen (Fernseher + DVD-Player gibt es auch). Bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir das hauseigene Schwimmbad genutzt oder z.B. einen Ausflug in die Therme Villach unternommen. Insg.: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch dank der supernetten Gastgeberin, und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
