vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen das Haus gut gefallen hat. Gut, dass Sie Ihre Kritikpunkte bei uns in der Rezeption gemeldet haben, nur so können wir immer wieder an unserer Dienstleistung arbeiten und die Mängel beheben. Manchmal wird eben auch bei den Reinigungskräften in der Hauptsaison etwas übersehen oder es wird vergessen weiter zu geben auch dafür möchten wir uns bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Unsere Haustechniker sind ja immer für alle Reparaturen zur Stelle und somit konnten wir Ihnen ja auch unmittelbar zur Seite stehen und die Mängel beheben. Wir würde uns freuen Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und verbleiben
