We offer a new, completed top floor apartment built in 2019, for self-catering (bread service possible) with 3 balconies that offer a beautiful view of the mountains of the rear Zillertal. The apartment extends over 2 floors and includes a spacious kitchen fully equipped - satellite TV, comfortable seating and sofa. 3 double rooms which can be expanded with extra beds if necessary. On the upper floor there is the bathroom with shower / toilet / ventilation and sink and a separate toilet. Hand and bath towels as well as bed linen are included in the price. Newly renovated attic apartment with exposed roof structure - special feel-good flair. Very sunny location with a beautiful panorama. Large parking lot, spacious ski cellar that can also be used to park toboggans, prams, bikes, etc.
Wir waren im Sommer 2025 zwei Wochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Super Lage um von dort aus zu wandern oder mit dem Rad das Zillertal zu erkunden. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gepflegt und toll gelegen. Wir empfehlen sie uneingeschränkt weiter, nicht zuletzt auch wegen Daniela, der sympathischen Vermieterin.

Der Skibus fährt direkt vor der Tür in alle nahegelegenen Skigebiete. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Daniela ist als Vermieterin sehr aufmerksam und wundervoll und zur Not immer erreichbar. Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft war bzw. ist neuwertig, sauber und von der Größe mehr als ausreichend (6 Personen). Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad (Dusche + WC) und zusätzlich eine separate Toilette. Morgendlicher Stau trat nicht auf!
Hervorzuheben ist die Lage. Umliegende Skigebiete sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Ski-Bus hält direkt vor der Haustür. In der näheren Umgebung sind genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Check-In und die Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Wir kommen gern wieder.
