In order to provide you with the most carefree holiday, we ask you to acknowledge the following terms and conditions and to confirm with your signature.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our offer is non-binding. A legal contract in terms of section 651 ff (package tours) or section 535 ff (rentals) is considered concluded when you accept our offer by signing below.
A deposit of the specified amount must be paid with the order.
You can always cancel before arrival.
You should do this in writing for proof-of-payment reasons. Your notice of departure is effective on the day we receive it. The postmark is decisive.
If you cancel or cannot make your trip, the landlord will charge a suitable amount for expenses. The flat rate charge for cancellation fees for each apartment is:
up to 40 days before arrival €30.00 processing fee
from 39 days 20% of the booking price
from 29 days 45% of the booking price
from 19 days 65% of the booking price
from 9 days 100% of the booking price
For your safety we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. If there are unpredictable events (such as death, accident) that significant affect your ability to travel, put your stay in danger or affect it in other ways, the contract can be cancelled by both parties.
The landlord can charge a reasonable fee for cancellation.
If the accommodation is not provided according to contract, the guest can request a price reduction or redress. If no agreement can be made on site, the guest must make a claim against the landlord within 4 weeks after the end of the stay.
The condition for any claim is that it is immediately presented to the landlord and documented.

The deposit amount indicated in the contractual offer was transferred to the account listed. (Please attach a copy of the payment slip.)
