We are located away from noise and stress, offering this 60m² apartment with space for up to 6 people.
It is situated on the ground floor with a separate entrance.
There are 2 separate double bedrooms, a huge living-bedroom with a fitted kitchen and a pull-out double bed, and a bathroom.
Included is a 70 m² lawn area exclusively for this apartment, which is accessible through the patio doors.
Kitchen: 4-plate electric stove and oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, all dishes and cutlery for 6 people, dish towels, etc.
Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, etc. are all included in the standard price.

The Italian cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
• Up to 3 months before arrival, you can cancel free of charge.
• From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days of the booked travel price.
• Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the price for the booked but not utilized days. Any paid booking security deposits will be taken into account in the cancellation fees.

Einfach nur schöm :))
Außen hui, innen...
Der Wohnung selbst fehlt es allerdings an vielen Stellen an Zuwendung.
Einige Beispiele:
- Die Deckenleuchten sind Insektenfriedhöfe.
- Die Wohnzimmerdecke benötigt dringend einen Anstrich.
- TV nicht schwenkbar, vom Sofa nicht einsehbar.
- kein Fön, nur ein 1 Geschirrtuch
- keine Haken oder Ablagen in Küche und Bad
- keine Küchenmaschine, kein Staubsauger vorhanden
- das Badefass auf der Terrasse außer Betrieb

Weihnachtsurlaub mit Einschränkungen
Diesmal hatten wir die Weihnachtstage gebucht und waren ziemlich enttäuscht.
Die Wohnung war soweit ok, die Gastgeber waren freundlich, aber der beworbene Badezuber war außer Betrieb (Ofen defekt) und darauf hatten wir uns besonders gefreut.
Das Umfeld (Zufahrt, Garten, Terasse) haben bei uns einen ungepflegten
Eindruck hinterlassen.

Wir sind stets bemüht unseren Gästen ein schönes Urlaubserlebnis zu bieten. Das Badefass (der Ofen) ging genau zu den
Weihnachtsfeiertagen Kaputt. Das war auch für uns sehr ärgerlich.Eine notdürftige Reparatur war nicht von Erfolg gekrönt, und Ersatz ist in den Feiertagen nicht zu kriegen.
Der Garten und der Hofraum können im Winter natürlich nicht mit blühenden Blumen und Kräutern aufwarten.

Die Vermieter-Familie ist ausgeprochen nett und gastfreundlich!
Man spürt, dass ihnen an den Gästen und deren Wohl gelegen ist.
Von dort kommt man schnell in die umliegenden Täler, um die tollsten Wanderungen zu machen!
Absolut empfehlenswert!
Schöne Wohung
Leider gibt es keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit für die Schlafzimmerfenster, was für ein Problem darstellte. Ein nächstes Mal müssten wir selber etwas mitbringen, damit wir die Fenster verdunkeln könnten. Wenn man die untere Wohnung hat, hört man, wenn die von oberhalb herum laufen.
Alles in allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr nett und sympathisch. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, wir haben uns gut erholt und wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Südtirol
Die Ferienwohnungen sind geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Nach dem Wandern in den Bergen erfrischt ein Bad im hauseigenen Holzzuber. Abgerundet wurde dieser Urlaub von der freundlichen und natürlichen Art der Familie Mayer, die uns durch ihre vielfältigen Ausflugstipps und interessanten Gespräche stets mit wertvollen Informationen über Land und Leute versorgt haben.
