In March 2020, we were hit by the coronavirus, and the virus still has the world in its grip.
Of course, we hope that the virus will disappear from our society, but unfortunately, it does not look like this will happen anytime soon.
In this context, we want to clarify possible cancellation if your holiday cannot continue due to the virus.
If we have to close our business, you can cancel or rebook your holiday free of charge.
If we are open, but according to national guidelines, you have to quarantine upon your return home, then you can cancel or rebook with our cancellation insurance. If you do not use our cancellation insurance, you will pay 50% of the rent in the event of a cancellation.
The cost of our cancellation insurance is 3% of the rent.
Moreover, this insurance does not only cover the coronavirus but also in case of illness or death (with a medical certificate) of you or one of your travel companions.
When you fill out the booking form, you must clearly indicate whether you want to use the cancellation insurance. If it is not filled out, we will assume that you do not wish to use the cancellation insurance.
