To secure your booking, we request a deposit for confirmation. If we are unable to re-rent the canceled accommodation, this deposit will be retained by us. In the case of early departure and/or delayed arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

All guests who are unable to travel due to a travel warning or an exit/entry ban will have their deposit retained and credited for a holiday with us at a later date.

Please set your navigation device to "fastest" route instead of "shortest" and avoid arriving via the Timmelsjoch (very winding).
