Cancellation fees – we charge an administration fee of 15% of the total rental amount if we receive your cancelation at least 60 days before the rental date. Cancelations that are effected less than 60 days before rental date mean that you could loose the balance of your total rental payment unless we can re-rent the gite(s) for the period you reserved at the full rental price.
Cancellation by owners :
should the owners be obliged to cancel the client’s booking all payments received to date will be refunded in full. This is the limit of the owner’s liability.
We strongly advise that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

We have spent many years renovating the property to a high standard.
Unfortunately our rentals are not suitable for small children because of the hilly terrain which has some severe drops-we therefore are also not able to rent to persons with restricted mobility and wheelchair users.
