The bedroom is furnished with electrically adjustable Auping beds with Maestro mattresses of the highest quality. The luxurious bathroom features a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a sink. There is a separate toilet in the hall. In the storage room, there is a washer/dryer combo.

If the tenant cancels their lease for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. The tenant's cancellation must always be in writing (by mail or email). The following rules apply:
From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You will also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.
