The cozy holiday apartment "Maiglöckerl" is 85 m² in size and is ideal for 2-4 persons. Young and old feel at home here. The apartment offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. There are two bathrooms with shower, WC and washbasin. The kitchen offers a lot of space and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your family.
A highlight of the holiday apartment "Maiglöckerl" is the beautiful living room, which was furnished with love to detail and with beautiful natural tones and a rock face look conveys real Bavarian coziness. The direct access to the West Terrace offers you the possibility to enjoy the fresh air with the direct view of the mountains.

The holiday apartment "Maiglöckerl" captivates with its unique view of Germany´s highest mountain - the Zugspitze. Grainau is the perfect holiday resort for mountain lovers both in summer and winter. All around there are beautiful hiking trails as well as the wonderful skiing area Kreuzeck/ Haubsberg and of course the skiing area Zugspitze. It is also only a few minutes walk to the bus stop and to some restaurants and shopping possibilities.

A further highlight of this country house in Grainau is the in-house “Zirbentherme” with infrared light, which is in the basement and which you can use free of charge. Here you can relax after an exciting day in the mountains.

Schöne grosszügige Wohnung mit allem, was man für Urlaubstage braucht.
Sogar ein Haartrockner war vorhanden, womit wir nicht gerechnet hatten, weil es nicht mit angegeben war.
Wer eine ruhige Lage bevorzugt und direkte Einstiege zum Wandern liebt, ist hier genau richtig.

Eine geräumige, schöne Wohnung. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr ansprechend und auch die Terrasse mit Minigarten lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Leider ist der Minigarten nicht gut eingezäunt. Ein mitgebrachter Hund muss deshalb unbedingt auf der Terrasse an die Leine. Sehr erfreulich ist die tolle Ausstattung der Küche, da fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Für Hundebesitzer ist es sehr praktisch, dass der ganze Boden gefliest ist, außerdem gibt es hervorragende Gassimöglichkeiten. Der Wald ist praktisch vor der Türe. Weiterhin kann man von der Terrasse aus wirklich die Zugspitze sehen, zwar nicht in frontaler Richtung, aber einfach den Blick nach links richten !

Top-Lage, tolle Umgebung, Ausflugsziele prima erreichbar. Schöne Ferienwohnung, ausreichend Platz, sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles super und sehr unkompliziert, sehr gerne wieder! Lage ist super! Eibsee nach kleiner Wanderung gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Toll!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war alles sehr sauber und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns einmal versehentlich ausgesperrt und mussten leider die Notfallnummer wählen. Nur kurze Zeit später war Hilfe da :-) wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Terrassenmöbel könnten mal erneuert werden, das Rattan ist an vielen Stellen gebrochen.

Wunderbare Wohnung die sehr gut gelegen ist. Ein kleiner Bach sorgt für ein schönes Hintergrund plätschern und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist traumhaft.

Wir hatten über den Jahreswechsel einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer phantastischen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und üppig ausgestattet. Die zum Teil kritischen Aussagen in den Bewertungen, können wir nur bedingt nachvollziehen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit separatem Bad mit Dusche befindet sich im Keller. Das Lüften hat bei uns ausreichend gut funktioniert. Die für uns zweckmäßig dimensionierte Wendeltreppe in diesen Bereich, haben unsere Kinder sehr lieb gewonnen. Im EG befindet sich das Wohn-/Esszimmer mit separater Küchenzeile in einer Nische, sowie ein weiteres Bad mit Wanne, das zweite Schlafzimmer und Flur mit Garderobe. Wir fanden es immer hell genug in der Wohnung. Weiterhin kann die Wohnung mit vielen Lichtern und Lampen überall sehr gut ausgeleuchtet werden. Der PKW Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Küchenfenster der Wohnung (kurzer Weg für den Einkauf :-)). Sehr angenehm und ebenfalls schön gestaltet, fanden wir den „Wellnessbereich“ mit Infrarotkabine und Liege, welcher von allen Wohnungen des Hauses genutzt werden kann. Was das hier bereits mehrfach erwähnte Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis betrifft, darf das aus meiner Sicht jeder für sich entscheiden, was er bereit ist auszugeben. Wir waren von der Ausstattung der Wohnung angenehm überrascht. Es ist eine absolute Wohlfühlwohnung welche von Ihrer Lage für unseren Urlaub perfekt gelegen hat. Die Kommunikation mit der FeWo Vermittlung war steht’s angenehm. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
