50% of the rental amount (excluding additional costs for the use of gas, water, electricity, etc.) if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental amount (excluding additional costs for the use of gas, water, electricity, etc.) if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental amount (excluding additional costs for the use of gas, water, electricity, etc.) if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
If the rental property can be re-let for the same period, the tenant will be fully refunded the rental price minus a maximum of €30,-- for handling fees.

Baan und Carla haben uns empfangen und betreut als wären wir seit Jahren Stammgäste.
Meine Frau und ich sowie unser Erwachsener Sohn haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
