There is a passage to the apartment Kaminzimmer. If you like, you can book both apartments together.
In the large garden you will find deciduous trees in a quiet location. There are many old rhododendrons, which are typical for Westerstede. The property is bounded by 20 sequoias.
On the property with an idyllic cottage garden is also a bungalow with an extension. Next to it you will find the old farmhouse, the historical shed, the fountain, the bakehouse, the swimming pool and the sauna. Electricity supply via the photovoltaic system and power storage.

"Lea" ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft, welche komfortabel ausgestattet ist und direkt an der Loipe liegt, auf welcher man auch einfach zum nahen Lift mit Abfahrtski rutschen kann. Die Natur um Niederthai ist traumhaft. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
Wir hatten einen phantastischen Urlaub bei sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Die hübsche Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann, sogar mit Badetüchern und Haarföhn!
Das Appartement ist super gelegen, in wenigen Metern ist man auf der Ski- und Langlaufpiste. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Leider konnten wir die Reise nicht antreten.
Gastgeberin, Ferienwohnung und Ferienort waren großartig. Für unseren dreijährigen Sohn gab es sogar eine Osterüberraschung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl da. Wir hatten zwar als 4 Köpfige Familie die kleinere Wohnung weil die andere besetzt war, aber es war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt und sehr nett! Die Lage ist super, mit den Ski kann man direkt zum Lift fahren oder zum nahegelegenen Schneemann mit Tubingbahn laufen in ein paar Minuten.
Geräumige Ferienwohnung und bestens Ausgestattet. Küchengeräte waren sauber und nutzbar, Bad ist sauber. Junior hatte als einzigen Kritikpunkt das die Sender im TV nicht ausreichend waren?. Wir waren über das verlängerte Osterwochenende dort und es hat allen super gefallen. Alle liebten die ländliche Region und die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Wir haben uns super erholt und konnten in Hochötz und Sölden noch Skifahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder?.
Super Ferienwohnung mit wundervollen Garten
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Ich kann jedem diese Ferienwohnung ans Herz legen. Die Wohnung viel durch Gemütlichkeit und exzellente Sauberkeit auf. Für die Kinder gab es im Garten und Umgebung viel zu entdecken und Herr Volk war äußerst zuvorkommend! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder vorbei.

Für uns ist der Urlaub in Niederthai bei Reini, Karin und Lea wie ein 2. zu Hause, Urlaub bei Freunden ... einfach wunderschön ?? es fehlt und hier an nichts. Die Wohnungen bieten wirklich alles was man braucht und sind super sauber.Am Morgen bei klarem Wetter hat man eine wunderschöne Sicht auf die Berge. Urlaub bei so lieben Gastgebern ist wunderbar und nur weiter zu empfehlen!! Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!!!!
