Wunderbare geräumige Wohnung, die toll liegt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger und trotzdem guten Lage. Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Auch der Bahnhof ist schnell erreicht. Dort fahren ebenfalls die Busse ab.

Sehr schöne und sehr angenehme Heizung

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Garmisch, nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt und den nächsten Supermärkten entfernt. Dennoch ist sie so schön ruhig gelegen, dass man keinerlei Straßenlärm hört.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es einige in der Partnachstraße und den umliegenden Straßen - wir haben in der Hauptsaison (Silvester) immer einen Parkplatz gefunden.
Schlüsselübergabe, Abwicklung und sämtlicher Kontakt mit der Familie Mahr war immer sehr freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Fußgängerzone, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof und Zugspitzbahn praktisch um die Ecke. Sprungschanze 30 min. und Partnachklamm 60 min. Wohnung großzügig geschnitten mit viel Stauraum ,es fehlt an nichts.
Der Autoplatz ist allerdings knappt bemessen . Wir haben des Öfteren direkt in der Partnachstr. geparkt . Ohne Gebühr und Zeiteinschränkung .
Alles in allem sehr gut und jederzeit wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Besonders angenehm sind die 2 Balkone. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Meter entfernt.
