The five apartments in Val Gardena are equipped with every comfort, have a balcony and are accessible by elevator. The winter garden is at your disposal as a lounge and you can use the ski room with ski boot heating.
The special feature of my small house are the different combinations under which you can choose the right offer for your holiday:
- Apartment with bread service in the morning
- Apartment with breakfast in winter garden
- Apartment with dinner * in the winter garden
* The dinner, which is prepared by my brother Fabio Brunello, only fresh and local products, can be enjoyed comfortably in the winter garden, as the hotel of my brother is directly connected with my house. Of course, I like to go to your wishes and try to meet personal needs.

Come arrivare

By car: From the Brennero motorway (A22), take the exit at Klausen and from here you drive about 20 minutes to the state road to the Val Gardena. Once you arrive in St.Ulrich, you will pass the tunnel at the first roundabout and drive straight for about 1.5 km. At the first crossroads, after a gentle slope, turn left and after about 80m you will find my house on your right side.
By train: By train to Bolzano (36km) or Bressanone (25km) and then by public transport or by taxi * to Val Gardena.
I would be happy to organize a taxi service.

The bus stop is in front of the house.

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche, riesiger Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den Langkofel. Ruhige Lage. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto die diversen Bergbahnen mit unzähligen Wandermöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns viele gute Wandertipps gegeben hat. Auch unser Hund war hier herzlich willkommen. Das direkt im Haus befindliche Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Danke Cristina!

Die freundliche Hausherrin Christina hatte tolle Wandertipps! Auch hat sie, weil wir umfänglich Unterlagen mailen mussten, sofort hilfreich zur Seite gestanden... Wohnung tiptop in Ordnung! Wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Langkofel. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus! Und unbedingt: Die Hotelküche im Hause ist absolut empfehlenswert!Leeeecker!

Wir haben 2 super Wochen bei Cristina in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht - und das Wetter spielte natürlich auch mit :)
Eine herzliche Begrüssung, Tips für Unternehmungen, Möglichkeit gleich nebenan das Frühstück oder Abendessen dazu zu buchen im Albergo Brunello, Brötchenservice und jederzeit ansprechbar, falls was fehlt - eine wirklich wunderbare Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung - sehr liebevoll eingerichtet - tolles Bad und auch der Balkon - herrlich. UND: ein wirklich außergewöhnlicher Service: Bettwäsche- und Handtücherwechsel sind inkl. Zusammenfassend: 100% :)

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Haus von Christina verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Wohnung hat es an nicht gefehlt und der Brötchenservice war super.
Von der Vermieterin haben wir sehr viele tolle Wandertipps bekommen, so das wir die schönsten Ecken der Umgebung abgewandert haben.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick, sehr gepflegt und sauber, barrierefrei sowohl im Badezimmer als auch im Haus. Sehr schöner großer Balkon. Das Essen ist auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert , der Koch Spitze und immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung war. Diese Wohnung ist wirklich zum empfehlen. Wir werden sicher wieder mal dort Urlaub machen.
