Our apartment is located in an apartment complex that was completed in 2013.
It is located right in the centre of Duhnen.
Location and size: 2nd floor, 62m². Balcony is oriented to the south.
An elevator is available in the house, so that it is possible for people with mobility difficulties to reach the apartment wheelchair accessible, but not suitable for wheelchair users.
The holiday home has a parking place and a lockable bicycle room. Internet available .

Solide Unterkunft, allerdings fehlt es an Besteck und Geschirr, damit Geschirrspüler nicht jeden Tag bestückt werden muss . Gute Lage.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartement mit
allem , was man benötigt. In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen und ca. 300m von Duhnen Downtown entfernt. Gern wieder.

Wir haben hier die FeWo 17, (Fam. Voigt) und sind begeistert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, wie im Katalog beschrieben. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist der eigene Fahrradabstellraum. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgesprochen ruhig und man ist trotzdem in 5 Minuten beim Bäcker bzw. im Ort. Wir kennen seit vielen Jahren einige FeWo. Diese hier kommt auf jeden Fall unter die Top 3.

Eine tolle Wohnung, in sehr ruhiger Wohnlage?, gehbehindertengerecht, da großzügig geschnitten und mit Aufzug ausgestattet. Auch eine Garage, Fahrradstellplätze und ein Strandkorb am nahegelegenen SAND Strand gehören mit zur Wohnung.

Die Fewo 17 ist super!!Moderne Ausstattung und tolle Einrichtung, zentrale Lage ( 3min vom Zentrum aber trotzdem ruhig), PKW Stellplatz.
Die Kommunikation mit Frau Voigt war nett und unkompliziert.
Wir hatten noch nicht so oft eine Fewo, bei der alles so zusammen passte.
Wir kommen sehr gerne noch mal wieder.

Wir haben wunderschöne Ostertage in der top ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles super modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren schon öfter in Cuxhaven , aber noch nie so zentral in Duhnen wie in dieser Wohnung. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse und man ist in 2 Minuten im Ortskern und beim Bäcker. Es gibt einen eigenen Stellplatz fürs Auto, Fahradunterstand und sogar einen Raum hinter den Garagen um Sachen einzulagern. Wir waren begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder in die Wohnung 17 !!!!

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war freundlich und positiv. Alles war gut organisiert. Auch bei der Anreise war alles gut organisiert und wir konnten sogar früher in die Wohnung. Es war sogar nochmal extra jemand da und hat Küchentücher gebracht und gefragt ob wir irgendetwas (z.B. Babybett) noch bräuchten - sehr nett.
Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Für 2 Erwachsene, ein Kind und ein Baby war der Platz mehr als ausreichend. Das beste für geplagte Väter: es gibt einen Aufzug bis ins OG - Auto entladen ist also ganz entspannt :-)
Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die fehlenden Rolläden im Wohnzimmer. Sonst alles super!

Eine wirklich schöne und geräumige Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist super und lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen.Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal hier und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, die Strandpromenade ist schnell zu erreichen, wie auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch die Busverbindungen nach Cuxhaven sind gut, sodass man hier das Auto wirklich nicht braucht.
Schön auch der separate abschließbare Fahrradabstellraum. Da braucht man sich keine Gedanken um seine Räder machen. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Schick und modern eingerichtet, ruhig, aber doch zentral, gerne wieder...

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsseltresor am Haus optimal für eine sich ggf. ergebende Anreiseverzögerung gelöst. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und auch der Hausverwalter waren sehr nett. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben....

Sehr schöne Wohnung!!!
Modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht.
Mit super Service von der Buchung über Babybett bis hin zur Abreise alles Top.
Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für junge Familien wie z.B. uns wegen des Fahrstuhls und des seperaten Zimmers. Daher auch mit Kinderwagen problemlos erreichbar.
