Haus ok, aber an der Sauberkeit mangelte es
Wir haben erst 3 Tage vor Anreise gebucht. Ging alles Problemlos. Eigentlich Anreise nur Freitags, steht aber nirgendwo. Durften netterweise Samstags anreisen und auch vor 15 Uhr.
Leider war das Haus nicht geputzt und somit fing unser Urlaub mit putzen an. Wir verreisen jedes Jahr 1 bis 2 mal in Ferienhäuser, aber so haben wir ein Haus noch nicht vorgefunden. Agentur später angeschrieben und darüber informiert, aber keine Kulanz erhalten mit der Begründung wir hätten ja anrufen können. Haus ist soweit ganz schön eingerichtet und sehr groß. Ebenfalls ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Würde es aber nicht nochmal buchen.
