In the on-site wellness area with swimming pool (approx. 8.00m x 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep) there are 2 saunas (1 bio sauna & 1 Finnish sauna), an experience shower, three sets of showers, a snail shower that let you relax at any time regardless of the weather conditions outside.

Rental and travel conditions (Baabe)
1. Brokering, rental agreement
The property may only be occupied by the number of people listed in the rental confirmation. Children are also considered as occupants. The tenant shall be obligated to take good care of the flat and to replace any and all damage done by them, their children as well as their guests. Pets are not allowed at the property.
2. Terms of payment, additional costs
After signing the contract, the tenant shall make an advance payment of 20 %. This amount shall be transferred to the bank account listed in the rental agreement.
The remainder shall be paid into the same bank account at least 4 weeks later.
You shall not receive separate confirmation of the receipt of your payment. Should you fail to make the payment on time after receiving your confirmation, then we will be forced to cancel your booking if you did not make the payment following one reminder.
3. Withdrawal, rebooking
Should you be prevented from travelling, then you must cancel your reservation / booking in writing. Depending on the date on which your cancellation is received, there may be standard payments at different percentage of the total rental price in addition to the € 30.00 charge:
up to 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental period 50 %
up to the 21st day prior to the commencement of the rental period 80 %
up to the 11th prior to the commencement of the rental period 90 %
In the event of a no-show without prior notification, you shall have to pay 100 % of the rental price.
In the event that the rental period is ended early or in the event of a no-show, the tenant shall not be reimbursed for days when they did not stay at the property.
We charge a fixed fee of € 50.00 for any rebooking.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance!
4. Arrival, departure
The apartment booked is available for you to use from 4.00 pm. The tenant shall not be entitled to claim damages in the unlikely event that the property might not be completely ready at 4.00pm.
The apartment booked must be clean swept by 10.00 am on the day of your departure.
You do not need to wash the dishes, glasses etc. In addition to this the dishwasher must not be in use, the bins must be emptied, and the fridge must have been cleared.
5. Car - parking
The use of parking spot no. 89 (be it outside or in the underground car park) is at your own risk. The landlord shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property brought by guests. This extends to the guests' cars. In the event that the parking spot should not be available for use for reasons beyond the landlord's contol, tenants cannot claim damage for this.
Vehicles must be no higher than 1.90 m!!!
Parents are responsible for their children.
Opening hours: (free of charge)
Swimming pool: 08.00 am - 10.00 pm (28 degrees)
Sauna: 4.00pm - 10.00 pm
The use of the swimming pool as well as the use of the saunas is at your own risk.
6. Other
There shall be no additional agreements either orally or in writing. Any amendments or additions must be in writing in order for them to have any legal status.
The place of jurisdiction shall be the location of the business.

Einfach nur schön
Einzig Sofa und Betten sind recht niedrig und letztere für uns etwas zu weich. Dazu ein perfekter Parklatz nahe dem Treppenhaus, auf dem zum Auto auch noch 2 Räder abgestellt werden können.
Dazu dann auch noch der sehr nette Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
Rundum ein wunderbarer Ort zur Erholung, den wir leider - wie eigentlich immer am Ende eines Urlaubs - wieder viel zu schnell verlassen mussten.
Aber wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.
Schöne Wohnung auf der Sonneninsel
Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin / Vermieterin Frau Tappe war sehr freundlich. Die gesamte Abwicklung stellte sich sehr professionell und vertrauenserweckend dar, vielen Dank dafür an Frau Tappe.
Die "Turmwohnung" ist wirklich in sämtlichen Belangen fünf Sonnen wert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und vermittelt einen hochwertigen Eindruck, ein Standard den wir in diesem Preissegment noch nicht vorgefunden haben. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, hochwertig und von guter Qualität.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung für die Turmwohnung in Baabe.

Sie ist wunderschön eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Ein besonderer Dank an die Vermieter für die freundliche Kommunikation.

Die Ausstattung ist toll, man kann es dort sehr gut aushalten.

Nicht genug bekommen....
Nach unseren Tagestouren ging es sofort in den exklusiven Saunabereich, den man als Mieter (ebenso das Schwimmbad) kostenfrei nutzen darf. Die Wohnung ist von Ausstattung und Lage perfekt für uns. Mal schnell das Meer sehen? Klar, in 2 min ist man am Wasser.
Von Baabe aus sind alle Ziele gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen, und wer mal nicht selbst fahren möchte, der steigt in den Rasenden Roland und kann auf diese Weise schöne Ecken der Insel Rügen sehen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und wo wir wohnen werden, das wissen wir jetzt schon :)!

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Einrichtung, Lage, und Sauberkeit…alles Top. Es ist selten, dass die Betten frisch riechen und man sich gern hineinlegt. Wir wurden auch sehr gut betreut und kommen gern wieder.

Die sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und lichtdurchflutete Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage (nur wenige Meter vom Strand) sowie der schöne Spa-Bereich mit Pool und zwei Saunen ermöglichen perfekte Erholung bei jedem Wetter.

Turmwohnung ist Traumwohnung
Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und das Bad ist groß mit einer tollen begehbaren Dusche.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alle Geräte wie beschrieben vorhanden.
Die standnahe Lage ist klasse. Man geht zu Fuß ca. 2 Minuten und schon ist man am herrlich langen Sandstrand.
Außerdem gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Bäckerei ist gegenüber, Lidl am Ort und eine Eisdiele mit sehr gutem Eis auf dem Weg zum Strand.
Man kann auf dem geräumigen Balkon die Aussicht und die Meerluft genießen.
Wir verbrachten einen tollen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Wenn wir wieder nach Rügen kommen sollten, dann nur wieder die Turmwohnung im schönen Haus Meeresblick.
Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung
sehr wohl gefühlt, dass uns der Abschied schwer fiel, obwohl das Wetter durchaus durchwachsen war. Sauna und Schwimmbad wurden von uns sehr genutzt und die bereit- gelegten Bademäntel machten alles - wenn es eine Steigerung gibt - noch perfekter. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und die Buchung (sehr kurzfristig) problemlos Jederzeit empfehlen wir die Wohnung weiter und kommen auch sehr gern wieder.
