If, unfortunately, you are unable to commence your holiday, please inform us as soon as possible. Up to 3 months before your arrival, you can cancel your holiday free of charge. From 3 months to 5 weeks before the start of the trip, we charge 40% of the booking value if the apartment cannot be rented out to someone else. From 5 weeks to 3 weeks before the start of the trip, we charge 70% of the booking value. From 3 weeks before the start of the trip, we charge 90% of the booking value. In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the price for the agreed remaining days not used.

Directions via Resia Pass – Merano:
On the Merano-Bolzano expressway, take the Lana exit. In Lana, you will find the turn-off to Tisens.
Tip:
You may need to use the Italian name Tesimo for Tisens!

Erholsame Tage in Traumferienwohnung St . Christoph
Die angenehme Betreuung durch die Familie Pichler ließ es an nichts fehlen (die hervorragenden Äpfel aus dem eigenen Obstanbau vergessen wir nicht!).
Ruhig und trotzdem zentral im Ort Tisens gelegen, kann man direkt vom Hof zu Wanderungen am Hochplateau Tisens-Prissian aufbrechen und zwischen Apfelplantagen von einem zum anderen Ort mit Burgen, Schlössern und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten wandern.
Auch Meran oder Bozen sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
Wir können den Röschhof nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
