Our house has been carefully renovated and expanded in recent years. The property is fenced. The apartment on the ground floor is very quaint and tastefully decorated. In addition to a modern kitchen with a seating area, there is a cozy living room with a television, tile heating and access to the terrace and garden. Furthermore two double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
The owner's apartment with passage to the second floor is on the first floor.
Here there is the possibility to accommodate a further 4 guests. Both bedrooms have TVs and balcony access with a wonderful view of the mountains. Another bathroom with shower and sauna. Separate toilet

Die Wohnung war bei Anreise sauber und ordentlich.
Die Ausstattung war gut.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist für einen Sommerurlaub ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Hierfür war die Nationalpark-SommerCard für die Hohen Tauern ein super Tipgeber.
Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub.

Das war unser erster Urlaub in den Bergen. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Tolle Umgebung, viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten, sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Menschen sind super angenehm und gastfreundlich.

Wir urlauben seit knapp 30 Jahren in Niedernsill und brauchten eine neue Unterkunft. Die haben wir gefunden. Alle schönen Ausflugsziele sind super erreichbar. Es gibt viele Broschüren und Infos zu den Ausflugszielen der Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus ist top ausgestattet, man kann hier auch zu 8 eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Babybett und Stuhl sind da, wenn nötig. Es hat auch in der Austattung an nichts gefehlt, die Zimmer sind dezent und liebevoll dekoriert. Dank Keyless System laufen An-und Abreise vollkommen entspannt. Die Vermieter sind nett und immer gut zu erreichen. Auch die Nachbarn sind toll. Auf Wunsch werden auch diverse Rabattkarten für die Ausflugsziele der Region zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in allem sind wir froh, dieses Ferienhaus gefunden zu haben. Wir kommen in jeden Fall wieder :-) .
