This is a newly refurbished 2-and-a-half holiday flat in a 100-year-old house, in an elevated location with a view of the Vierwaldstättersee and the Rigi Mountain Massif.

The holiday flat on the ground floor is fully furnished. The wooden floor in the sleeping area makes for a cosy atmosphere. You will find a hob with oven and a heater in the spacious combined living room and kitchen.

The beautiful, natural garden of the property is on the side of the Vierwaldstättersee. You can take in magical sunsets above the lake from our roofed terrace.

Those looking for quiet and relaxation but who still want an active holiday, will feel right at home with us. We look forward to hearing from you!

Come arrivare

From Küssnacht am Rigi continue along the lake via Weggis to Vitznau. Drive up the mountain in the centre of the village at the large church, cross the tracks of the Rigibahn, and take a turn right into Oberdorfstrasse a little later. The seventh house to your right will be a large orange apartment building. Right next to it, there a 4 parking spaces. Yours is marked. "Ferienwohnung". From here a foot path (around 60 m) leads through the garden and to the flat.

Super Lage fußläufig zur Rigi-Bahn-Station und dem See inmitten der Natur mit blühendem Garten und Nutzgarten von Frau Stiefel. Sie hat uns mit Obst und Gemüse bestens versorgt und ist die liebenswürdigste Vermieterin, die wir je erlebt haben.
Hund und Mensch haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Auch wenn ich viel zu spät diese Rezension verfasse: es war eine wunderschöne Woche im April 2019 bei Sabine Stiefel in Vitzbau am Vierwaldstätter See. Der Garten ist ein Paradies, das schöne alte Haus ist sehr behaglich und Sabine Stiefel ist eine ausgesprochen sympatische Gastgeberin, die sogar noch unseren Hund Barney für uns bei einem Luzern-Besuch hütete. Hoffentlich findet sich wieder eine Gelegenheit, bei ihr Urlaub zu machen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal gelegen und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick über den Vierwaldstätter See. Direkt vor der Haustür verlaufen sehr schöne Wanderwege. Außerdem ist die Station der Rigi-Bahn und zwei Seilbahnen innerhalb von 5-Minuten zu erlaufen.
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines charmanten Hauses. Dazu gehört auch eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit und Liegestühlen. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es außerdem einen sehr gepflegten Garten und zwei Schildkröten.
Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus einer Küche (mit Fussbodenheizung), Bad und zwei Zimmern. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten.
Frau Stiefel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und können die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Traumlage mit See vor der Tür und Rigi hinter dem Haus. Der naturbelassene Garten ist eine Pracht und die Eigentümerin die im ersten und zweiten Stock wohnt, hat uns mit Gemüse aus ihrem Garten verwöhnt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für paare mit maxi 2 Kinder, und liebevoll renoviert im Stil des Hauses. Im Sommer werden Sie abgekühlt und im Winter können Sie von der Bodenheizung gebrauch machen.
Das Badezimmer ist rustikal belassen aber sauber. In diesem Zusammenhang darf man das Alter dieses Gemäuer allerdings nicht vergessen.
Wir werden unbedingt nächstes Jahr Frau Stiefel wieder besuchen da wir uns selten so ausgeruht gefühlt haben nach einer Woche und uns nach den Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee jetzt schon sehnen.

The stay at Sabinas home was just fantastic. The quiet of the surrounding nature & the view of the lake was so nice. We will definitely come back & go hiking again on Mount Riga. We definitely can recommend this little paradise. thank you Sabina.
