The holiday flat is situated in the expensivest part of Cuxhaven, in Duhnen. Further Duhnen is one of the most popular health resort in Germany.
While the seafront is lined with very expensive 4* hotels you live close to nature in a quite neighbourhood in the spa Duhnen.
This area comes with an ideal connection to the beach, the wellness and swimming pool with artifical waves and - last but not least - the centre of Duhnen. You will take to the pool around 6 minutes by foot, to the beach 7 minutes and to the centre of Duhnen 10 minutes.
The holiday apartment lies perfectly on the ground floor with your own parking position. With over 48m² this apartment presents place above the ordinary for the whole family (4 persons).
If you walk through the entrance you will get to the corridor with enough space for your shoes and jackets. Here you can see the kitchen lying in front of you. It contains a fridge with freezer combined, 2 hot plates, a microwave and more tools.
If you pass the kitchen to the right the corridor connects further rooms.
When you look to the right, you will find the maritime bathroom with shower, ventilation and a big modern radiator on which you can dry the wet clothing from the beach.
Have a look on the left instead you will see the first of two sleeping rooms. Each contains two beds, where you can sleep like a log! By walking ahead we get in the biggest room of the apartment: the living room.
You can find the dining table, which can be used as a gambling table at the evening for the family. On the right side is the big garderobe situated, which accommodates for the clothing of 4 people.
In the rear of the living room you will find the comfortable couch and the armchair. In the evening you can "switch off" calmly, by watching tv with dozen of tv programms or by looking comfortably with your partner in the generous garden.
From the living room you easily get into the second sleeping room which also contains 2 beds and where you awake in the morning absolute well-rested.
You also can go on the terrace by the living room, where you can find garden furniture. From the terrace you can walk into the big green garden, which is yours for a big part. Here we have - hidden for you - placed a typical german beach chair, so you can enjoy the North Sea also aside of the beach.

sehr ruhig und dennoch Zentral gelegen
hat alles reibungslos funktioniert mit meiner Buchung, der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat mir noch einige Tips gegeben.
Die Wohnung ist schön mit angrenzendem Garten und Terrasse.

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung
Ein großes Plus ist die Lage ( ruhig, aber relativ zentral ) und die Möglichkeit der Nutzung von zwei Fahrrädern. Wir haben dies gerne genutzt. Der Garten ist auch schön mit dem Strandkorb. Wir waren zwar nur kurz hier, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch sehr nett und unkompliziert. Falls wir nochmal in Cuxhaven Urlaub machen, dann gerne hier.

Unser Urlaub in Duhnen war sehr schön. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Ferienwohnung genau richtig und die Lage optimal. Die Kinder haben sich wohl gefühlt - die Eltern auch. ;)

gemütliche Ferienwohnung
wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bei schönem Wetter im Garten und dem schönen Strandkorb verweilt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Gerne werden wir wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.
