If the renter cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, excluding the final cleaning and taking into account the saved expenses: for cancellation up to 59 days before the start of the rental period: - 30% of the rental sum, up to 49 days – 40%, up to 39 days – 60%, up to 29 days – 90%, later than 29 days – 100% of the rental sum. Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to rent the property to someone else. If the renter terminates the stay early, there will be no refund of the rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing.
