The beautiful 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is on the 2nd floor with elevator in a completely renovated villa from the Wilhelminian era around 1900 and is in the immediate vicinity of the 8km long sandy beach.
It is approx. 90 m² in size, barrier-free, and offers space for 2-4 people. The apartment has upscale furnishings with a large winter garden as a living room, equipped with flat screen TV, Magenta TV, Bluetooth box and high-speed internet. You have access to two balconies facing east including sea views.
In the open, bright kitchenette you will find a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and oven. There is room for the whole family at the beautiful dining table.
Off the hallway there is a spacious storage room.
There is plenty of space in the two bedrooms with double beds (one bed with 2 separate mattresses, 90x200cm and one bed with a large mattress, 160x 200cm) and spacious, illuminated wardrobes.
The apartment has two pleasantly designed bathrooms. One with a bathtub/shower and one with a shower.
Bicycles can be stored behind the house in a covered bicycle parking area.
A parking space has been reserved for you. A little information on this: Since nature unfortunately cannot be influenced, at irregular intervals the tree above your parking space no. 5 will shed resin or birds will drop their droppings from the tree. We therefore recommend that you bring a cover for the car.
