In the summer you have a balcony and beach chair on the sea in addition to the spacious interior, and in the winter, the ethanol fireplace creates cosiness. Self-caterers will find a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and will enjoy their meals with the fantastic sea view from the "conservatory".
You can go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea and a view of the beach and the pines in both of the double bedroom with comfortable box spring beds. Two bathrooms for privacy. Naturally there is a parking space and 2 bikes with the holiday apartment.
Also perfect for relaxing: our guests can use the sauna complex of the hotel 70 m away for a small fee. One spa day included from October to May with a 10 day stay!

If you should not be able to arrive, please let me know as soon as possible in writing (by e-mail is good). In addition to the legal regulations, the pure rental costs must be paid if you cannot find a replacement guest (Civil Code paragraph 537). As soon as I receive our cancellation, I will try to rent the property again and possibly create a Last Minute offer. You are welcome to find replacement guests yourself.
I will refund the proceeds from the new rental, minus a fee (depending on expenses) up to 50 euros. Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival will be refunded up to 100%. If no replacement guests can be found, I will refund the costs of cleaning, linens, tourist taxes and a 5% flat fee of the rent for saved expenses. No-shows and early departures will be handled accordingly.

Come arrivare
Really, arrival by car via the Baltic Sea motorway and Stralsund is just as easy as by train, because Binz has its own long-haul railway station (including ICE connection). By air to Rostock-Laage, and from there with the shuttle bus (on certain days) further on to Binz.

wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Rügen ( mit Traum Wetter ).
Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, stylisch und hat eine sehr gute Lage.
Die E-Bikes haben uns viel Freude bereitet.

Jederzeit wieder!
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich supermodern und luxuriös. Das Lichtkonzept ist sehr schön, besonders das Leuchtbild hat uns gefallen und die Badewannenbeleuchtung (!!!). Bei Urlaubsbeginn haben nur die Bademäntel gefehlt, welche aber kurzfristig nachgereicht wurden. Jederzeit wieder!

Dickes Lob für diese Wohnung!
zunächst ein allgemeines dickes Lob für diese Wohnung, wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde des Betretens bis zum Auszug super wohl gefühlt; Sie hatten nicht zu viel in Ihrer Wohnungswerbung versprochen! Super Ausstattung und Qualität der Ausstattung, insbesondere auch in der Küche/ Küchengeschirr/ Gerätschaften/ Besteck! Ist nicht immer so!!
Auch ansonsten super Wohnung, auch wegen der E-Bike; haben gut funktioniert.
Und auch nochmals danke für das Ausbringen des Strandkorbes XL, konnten wir bei dem Wetter schon super nutzen!

Ein Traum auch bei ungemütlichem Wetter
wir sind gut erholt aus Binz wieder nach Hause gekommen. Der Aufenthalt in ihrer tollen Ferienwohnung hat viel dazu beigetragen. Die Fahräder funktionieren einwandfrei und haben uns uns schon wie mit Flügeln über den Klünderberg getragen. Wir vermissten in ihrer super ausgestatteten Küche nur einen Eierkocher. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ein Traum, selbst bei dem etwas ungemütlichen Wetter in dieser Woche! Die Musikanlage ist qualitativ für eine Ferienwohnung hervorragend! Für uns war eigentlich alles perfekt. Ihr Austernfischer gefällt uns von Einrichtung und Stil sehr. Nochmals ein großes Kompliment für Ihre geschmackvolle Innenarchitektur.

Wohlig warm mit tollem Blick auch bei Sturm und mit hervorragender Ausstattung
Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen, sie ist komfortabel eingerichtet, technisch auf hohem Niveau ausgestattet, rundum einfach toll. Wir konnten einen schwerer Sturm aus Osten verbunden mit einem heftigen Schneetreiben, der die See dramatisch aufwühlte, aus der wohlig warmen Wohnung erleben. Der Blick direkt auf die Wellen war phantastisch.
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
