Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Then continue on the N203. After 6.2 km, turn left onto Zeeweg/N513. After 2.4 km, take the first exit at the roundabout onto Heereweg. At the first traffic light (after 6.5 km), turn left onto Heiloöer Zeeweg. At the next traffic light, go straight and at the following traffic light, turn right towards Boulevard by the Sea.

Alles ansprechend eingerichtet,. Vom Wohnzimmer Blick durch bodentiefe Fenster direkt auf das Meer.
Große Dachterrasse mit schönen Holzmöbeln, 2 Liegen, 2 Sonnenschirmen und einen Strandkorb. Hier kann man tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen.
Zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mir Meerblick, dafür etwas kleiner. Küche schon etwas älter. Bei einer Anfang nächsten Jahres geplanten Renovierung soll die Küche erneuert und das kleinere Schlafzimmer vergrößert werden. Dann perfekt und für uns 1. Wahl in Egmond.
