Our apartment is situated in the sunny village Hippach (district Laimach), a quiet yet central location, only a short drive from the extensive hiking trails and ski areas of Mayrhofen (Mayrhofen mountain railways) and Zell am Ziller (Zillertal Arena).

SERVICES:
The content of the contractual service provided by the lessor results from the price list valid during one peak, mid and low season as well as from the equipment features and amenities described in the offer and on the homepage.
RENTAL FEES:
The rental fees are indicated in the offer and in the price list valid for one peak, mid and low season.
Electricity, water, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
WiFi internet is available free of charge.
The local tax of €2.20 per night and person over the age of 15 and a final cleaning fee of €60.00 are charged separately.
If required, we will provide a cot and high chair at no additional cost.
USE OF THE APARTMENT:
The lessee is required to take good care of the apartment and keep it in good condition. The number of guests staying at the apartment must match the number stated in the offer. In case of overbooking, the lessee must give the lessor the additional number of guests. The lessor may then charge for the additional guests in accordance with the price list.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Smoking on the balcony is permitted.
A ski boot dryer as well as a storage place for your skies/snowboards are also at your disposal.
PETS of any kind are not allowed.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE:
Arrival/check in time starts at 1:00 pm, unless agreed otherwise.
Departure: no later than 9:00 am, unless agreed otherwise.
PAYMENT:
After receiving the reservation offer, a deposit of €150.00 must be made within 10 days in order to conclude the contract based on the reservation offer.
The remaining amount of the rental fee can be paid either by transfer up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, or in cash on the day of arrival.
In case of delayed payment of the deposit, the reservation offer becomes invalid.
CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT:
The lessee may withdraw from the contract at any time prior to arrival.
The cancellation must be made in writing and becomes effective once it is received by the lessor.
In case of cancellation, the following reimbursements apply:
up to 90 days prior to arrival: 10% of the rental fee
or at least the amount of the deposit;
up to 60 days prior to arrival: 30% of the rental fee
or at least the amount of the deposit;
up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental fee
or at least the amount of the deposit;
later than that: 100% of the rental fee.
In case the holiday guest fails to explicitly withdraw from the contract, the full rental fee is due even if the holiday guest does not use the services offered by the lessor.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
GUARANTEE / LIABILITY:
The lessor shall be liable in the due diligence and care of a prudent business person for the accurate description of the apartment displayed on the advertising page/homepage, as well as for the proper service provision in regards to the contractually agreed stay.
The lessee is required to immediately notify the lessor about incidents that may result in claims for damages. The lessor is entitled to fulfil their obligations by rendering equivalent or higher-value services.
