Bright and well-appointed cottage with whirlpool and activity room located in a quiet holiday area on an open natural plot only approx. 600 meters from the sea and beach in the cozy little fishing village Nr. Lyngby a little north of Løkken. The house was built in 2004, renovated and newly furnished in the spring of 2018. There is a kitchen / living room in open connection, four bedrooms, loft and two bathrooms with underfloor heating, one of which also has a whirlpool and sauna. The activity room is equipped with table tennis, billiards, table football, darts and a step machine. For entertainment indoors, there is internet and TV with many Danish and international channels both in the living room and in the loft. The living area is bright and spacious, here is a cozy corner and dining area. The furniture is in modern Danish cottage style with the main emphasis on design, quality, well-being and cosiness. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace area. The plot is a flat natural plot with planting and several undisturbed habitats. There are swings and a sandbox for the children. Not for rent to youth groups.

"Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Løkken war einfach fantastisch! Der Raum war großzügig genug für unsere Gruppe von 12"," und wir liebten die offene Küche und den Wohnbereich—perfekt für Familienmahlzeiten und Spieleabende, Das Spielzimmer hielt die Kinder stundenlang mit Billard und Tischtennis beschäftigt, Außerdem war die Nähe zum Lyngby Strand ein großer Vorteil

Das Sommerhaus ist gut genutzt – die Möbel sind abgenutzt – in der Küche gibt es viele Dinge und ein paar Dinge, / aber das Haus als solches ist gut / Mvh, Sanne / Vater Mogens Cordua
Das Haus war geräumig und ausreichend gross für eine Familie mit mehreren Kindern, Die Betten waren gemütlich und es gab ausreichend Bettdecken und Kopfkissen, Die Küche ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet, Badezimmer schlicht und einfach, aber sauber,
