This large and modern Skanlux holiday home is located just 900 meters from the sandy beach in Olpenitz and is ideal for family holidays or friendly group getaways. The pool area is the highlight of the house and features a 20 m² swimming pool with a counter-current system, underwater lighting, and a water slide. A large whirlpool for 4-6 people, a sauna, and a bathroom complete the wellness area. The house is heated by an energy-efficient heat pump and is equipped with modern amenities for all generations. The activity room features billiards, table tennis, table football, a PlayStation 4, and a large flat-screen TV. A cozy bar provides additional entertainment. At the center of the house is a spacious living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, another large TV, and a sofa group—ideal for relaxing or playing board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, coffee machines, and a large kitchen island with bar stools. A sleeping loft above the activity room has four box-spring beds and a TV. Eight bedrooms are spread across three wings, allowing guests to spread out comfortably. Single beds can be combined to form double beds. Outdoors, you can enjoy cozy evenings on the large open terrace and the covered area with a barbecue. Please note that use of the pool and whirlpool will incur additional utility costs. The photos are from a comparable house. Construction work nearby may occasionally cause noise or dust. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer, / Es gibt genügend Bäder und Toiletten / Die Küche ist sehr groÃzügig, / Genügend Kühlschränke, / Angenehm warm,
Aktivitäten im Haus: Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und Rutsche, Billiard, Tischtennis / Die Aufteilung der Zimmer / Die Betten sind nicht mehr ganz so schön und sehr weich, / Die Türen zu den Badezimmern sind teilweise defekt und schlieÃen nicht mehr gut, / Die Geschirrspülmaschinen reinigen nicht mehr gut, da die Siebe nicht sauber gemacht werden,
Haus ist schön groÃ, und ist für groÃe als auch kleine Gruppe geeignet, / Die Vielfalt an Aktivitäten im Haus ist auch klasse, / Billard, Kicker, Tischtennis, Darts, Sauna, Pool, Whirlpool, / Falls man Gesellschaftsspiele mitbringt, hat man viele Optionen die zu spielen (4-5 Sitzgelegenheiten für jeweils mindestens 6 Personen/teilweise für 20 leute)
Die GröÃe , nur leider teilweise durchgelegene Betten u sonst auch leichter renovierungsbedarf

Wenn Sie nach einem Ort mit Platz und Aktivitäten suchen, dann ist dies der richtige Ort! Der Pool und das Spielzimmer waren Highlights für unsere Gruppe, Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, und die Terrasse war ein großartiger Ort für Abendessen,

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, aber nur ein Hinweis: Die Aufteilung kann etwas seltsam sein mit den verstreuten Schlafzimmern, Es hat unserer Gruppe jedoch gut gepasst, Der Poolbereich war fantastisch, und wir haben dort Stunden verbracht,
Wir haben hier für ein Familientreffen übernachtet und es war einfach perfekt! Das Haus war super geräumig und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, vom Küchenbereich bis zum Spielzimmer, Der Pool war ein Hit bei den Kindern, und die Sauna war schön für uns Erwachsene zum Entspannen, Ich mochte, dass die Schlafzimmer verteilt waren, sodass jeder etwas Privatsphäre hatte, Es war ein wenig weit zum Strand, aber es war es total wert, Würde diesen Ort definitiv für ein großes Treffen empfehlen!

Der Poolbereich war super, die Aufteilung für 14 Leute war super und die Lage mit dem Supermarkt vor der Tür ist perfekt,

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und perfekt für große Familien, Wir liebten den offenen Wohnbereich und verbrachten viele Nächte damit, gemeinsam Spiele zu spielen, Der nahegelegene Weidefelder Strand war nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, was ein Plus war, Insgesamt eine solide Wahl,
