The property is divided into two connected sections, offering flexibility and privacy for families or groups. The first section features a bright, inviting kitchen that opens into the living area, complete with a welcoming fireplace and a bathroom. The second section includes a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a second bedroom with a bunk bed (two 70x180 cm beds), and a spacious, modern bathroom. The two sections are connected by a covered terrace approximately 2 meters wide, allowing easy access between them while providing a sheltered outdoor space. Outside, the house boasts a large terrace with multiple seating areas, perfect for enjoying the surrounding natural scenery and nearby lake views. The property offers a peaceful setting for relaxation, while still being close to local attractions, golf, and sandy beaches. The final cleaning is included in the rental price, ensuring a hassle-free stay. This holiday home provides a comfortable, well-equipped retreat for families or groups looking to enjoy the beauty and amenities of Nordby and the surrounding area. Please note: the property is not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
