This charming holiday home is set right by the Wadden Sea, offering direct views of Denmark’s newest national park and its rich birdlife. Here, nature is at your doorstep, and at certain times of the year, you can experience the breathtaking “Black Sun” phenomenon – when up to a million starlings dance across the evening sky before settling in the marsh. It’s a magical sight and sound that must be experienced in person. The house features a cozy courtyard garden and a private parking space, making it easy to relax and enjoy your stay. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove and TV, a bedroom with a double bed, and a loft with another double bed. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, fridge with freezer compartment, small freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker, and washing machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, sink, and underfloor heating for extra comfort. Outdoors, you can unwind on the terrace surrounded by a 200 m² natural plot with trees. The area offers peaceful, scenic surroundings perfect for birdwatching, walking, or simply soaking up the coastal atmosphere. Heating is provided by gas. Payment of the deposit and any pre-ordered linens or cleaning is made to the homeowner upon arrival, with the deposit refunded at departure.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Das Sommerhaus ist unglaublich gemütlich, es vermittelt genau die richtige Urlaubsatmosphäre, obwohl es eigentlich ein gewöhnliches Haus ist, / / Die Gegend ist so schön und es gibt viel Natur, wir sind zum Beispiel auf dem sogenannten Darum gelaufen Kirchenweg, an dem durchgehend Schilder angebracht waren, die viel über die Geschichte der Stadt erzählten. Das alte Wirtshausschild ist erhalten geblieben und auf der Plantage (einem Waldgebiet) kann man lesen, wie die ganze Stadt zusammenarbeitet, das füllt die Plantage mit Hunderten von Wichteln zu Weihnachten, / / St, Darum liegt ebenfalls im Butterloch zwischen Esbjerg und Ribe, Sommerhuset ist daher sehr gut gelegen, und Sie können von hier aus problemlos einige Tagesausflüge unternehmen,
