This cozy renovated spa and activity house of 155 m2, with a very attractive location - just a stone's throw or two from the center of Marielyst, you have everything within reach - from shopping to restaurants, experiences and about 750 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The living room is cozy with internet and Sonos speakers as well as a smart TV. You need to bring your own channels and log in to the various apps on the TV. For children, there's a Playstation 4 and a pool table in the living room, allowing the whole family to have fun and relax during your vacation. The cottage is bright and friendly. The kitchen includes a mixed induction stove, separate oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishwasher. The living room has a bio fireplace and an air/air heat pump, and the bedrooms have a radiator. The three bedrooms are divided into a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed on the ground floor, a room with a double bed and a single bed and a room with two single beds on the first floor. The cottage has two bathrooms, one with a washbasin and toilet, the other with a washbasin-toilet-shower. The utility room has a sink and washing machine. On cozy and warm summer evenings, you can sit on the terrace, which is half-covered, where there is a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture and sun loungers. After a long day at the beach or a tourist trip around Lolland and Falster, there's nothing better than jumping into the outdoor hot tub or having a rinse in the outdoor shower. The holiday home is located on a 658 m2 plot, where there is plenty of room for play or a small ball game on a soccer goal.
