This lovely and spacious vacation home is located on a 2500 m2 open natural plot in a vacation home area by Grønhøj Beach. The scenic area offers 3 lakes and is a short distance from the North Sea and a lovely bathing beach. The interior of the house is inviting, and the many large windows provide lovely natural light. The house has 4 good bedrooms with double beds and 4 mattresses in the loft, which the children can romp around on for play and fun. The spacious activity room is located in the annex and offers billiards, table tennis, and table football. The location of the annex therefore ensures peace and quiet for guests who prefer to enjoy less noisy activities.The annex also has a guest toilet, washing machine, and dryer. The house and annex are connected by a large and lovely terrace area of approx. 70 m2 with an outdoor spa and outdoor shower, as well as a play tower and slide. The outdoor spa can be used from April to October. During the winter months, the outdoor spa can also be started up if guests pay the cost of DKK 1,400 for subsequent winterization. The cozy living room has a wood-burning stove, which creates the perfect summer house atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer. There are 4 induction hobs, a convection oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. In addition, there is a wine cooler as an extra luxury. There are two bathrooms in the house – one with an infrared sauna and a two-person spa bath. The vacation home can accommodate 8 people. The vacation home is 162 m² and was built in 2018.
