Multiple terraces, both open and covered, provide spots to enjoy sunny mornings or sheltered evenings outdoors. The home includes private parking for several cars and is just 350 meters from a child-friendly bathing beach with a pier and a Blue Flag for clean, safe swimming waters. Entertainment is streaming-only, with no traditional TV channels, but Chromecast is available for watching your favorite content. Firewood is not included but can be purchased on-site.
