This charming holiday apartment in Agger is perfectly located near both the sea and the harbor, offering a cozy Scandinavian-style interior. The dining area is filled with natural light thanks to skylights, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is spread over two levels and includes three separate bedrooms—one on the ground floor with a double bed, and two bedrooms upstairs, each with two single beds—making it ideal for families or groups. The open-plan kitchen and living area features a dining table, a comfortable seating area, and a modern combination oven. Large terrace doors and a high ceiling in the living space create a spacious, airy feeling. Direct access from the living area leads to a terrace with a garden table and charcoal grill for outdoor dining. The apartment is part of a holiday center with numerous activities for all ages, especially families with children. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool (open from late June through week 42), a sauna, billiards, table tennis, a laundromat, playground, mini golf, beach volleyball, and petanque. An on-site restaurant is also available. With its excellent location, well-designed interior, and access to abundant facilities, this apartment offers a comfortable and fun-filled stay in Agger. No rental to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
