From here, you can step outside straight from the living room or bedrooms to soak up the sunshine, share meals in the fresh air, or simply enjoy long evenings surrounded by nature. The terrace and natural plot offer plenty of room to relax, while the large garden area also provides space for children to play freely – even for lively ball games. Inside, the home is designed with both comfort and practicality in mind. The bathroom and the separate guest WC both feature underfloor heating, ensuring warmth and well-being throughout the year. After a day at the beach or exploring the area, you can indulge in a long soak in the whirlpool or unwind in the sauna, letting the stress of everyday life melt away. The house also offers good sleeping arrangements, with bunk beds that children will love – though the upper bunks are best suited for the youngest guests. The location is a highlight in itself. Just a short walk takes you to the lagoon’s beautiful beach, perfect for swimming, relaxing, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal air. Here, you will also find a fishing lake and a mini golf course, offering fun for the whole family. And only about 100 metres from the house, there is a large public nature playground where children can climb, explore, and burn off energy in a safe, natural environment.
