Descrizione
This completely renovated cottage is located close to one of Denmark's best sandy beaches in Marielyst and contains i.a. outdoor hot tub and activity room with table football, billiards and Nintendo Wii. The cottage has an open kitchen combined with the bright living room and contains i.a. ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer and extra fridge. From the living room there is access to a good large wooden terrace. The living room contains TV with many channels as well as German and Danish channels, free, wireless internet, DVD player and wood burning stove. Large, nice wood stove. Two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating. Washer and dryer in one bathroom. Large activity room with billiards, table football and Wii as well as two sleeping places on sofa bed. In addition, there are three bedrooms with ample space for a cot in two of the rooms. There are also two baby chairs. Two lovely terraces with lots of good space for cosiness, nooks, sunbathing and relaxation in the whirlpool, where you can enjoy the nice warm water in all kinds of weather. For the little ones there is a play tower, swing and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The plot is fenced and suitable for families with small children. Not for rent to youth groups.

Die Lage ist günstig, mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Wir haben eine Mahlzeit bei Ellens genossen, nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt, Das Haus selbst war sauber und komfortabel, mit einem schönen Wohnbereich, in dem sich alle versammeln konnten, Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches,
Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit ansprechender Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail, Sehr gute Raumaufteilung, die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und absolutes Highlight sind natürlich der Whirlpool und der Billardtisch! Man merkt, dass dieses Haus von den Eigentümern top gepflegt und instandgehalten wird und Mängel auch zeitnah behoben werden,

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit toller Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Billardraum ist toll und der Garten,
Geräumiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, saniertes Haus mit guter Ausstattung, AuÃenwhirlpool, Feuerstelle, riesige Terrasse, Tolle Möglichkeit für die Aktivität ( Billard, Dart, Nintendo Wii etc,) / Leider kann man nirgends mitteilen, daà die Bodenfliesen im Hauptbad lose umherfliegen, Hier besteht akute Stolpergefahr und scharfe Kanten, / Akuter Handlungsbedarf!!!

Alles! Wir fühlten uns vom Vermieter verwöhnt, obwohl er nicht da war. Es gab Seife, Toilettenpapier, Tücher usw. Es wurde an alles gedacht!
Die Zimmer waren schön und groß, der Garten war schön, es war schön, ein Spa zu haben,
