Cozy and secluded cottage by Virksund with path system to good beach, marina m.m. The cottage is well furnished and also has a good conservatory of 25 m2 with bio fireplace, wooden floor and an extra bed. From the entrance hall there is access to a bathroom with whirlpool and sauna, kitchen with bright furniture, half wall to the living room, tiled floor and skylights and to 4 good bedrooms. A good and spacious cottage with really many activities for both big and small. The house is located on sheltered land of 3844 m2 with terraces, large & # 160; lawn usable for ball games, petanque / beach-volleyball court, buried trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance), sandpit and swing set. In addition, there is a garage with closed dog yard. Not for rent to youth groups
