This holiday home is located in a beautiful holiday home district in Marielyst. The house is bright with open kitchen, ceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and access to large morning terrace. The bright and open kitchen is connected to the bright living room, which contains large wood burning stove, stereo with CD, free wireless internet, and TV. German channels can be taken via Chromecast (bring your own mobile or tablet) all TV must be taken via Chromecast. The house is energy friendly as there is an air / air heat pump in the living room. There are two bathrooms, both with shower. For the little ones there is a high chair and a swing in the garden. The plot has many lounging opportunities and plenty of space for play and ball. From the house there is access to good terraces, where one is covered on 14 sqm, so you can spend many hours enjoying the sun and grilling in the good summer months. In Havnsø, a new large playground has been established, and there is the opportunity for mini golf and good restaurants. In addition, you can sail on day trips to Nekselø and Sejerø.
