Holiday cottage superbly located on a hilltop, with a view of a vast nature reserve, perfect for hiking. You can also look over to the Atlantic Road. The property has a 20 m² terrace and an annex with sauna and dressing room. Plenty of headroom in the kitchen/living room with large windows and a lot of daylight. The double bed can split into single beds, and vice versa. Internet 100 Mbits for streaming via Smart TV with access to Norwegian, German and international TV channels. 90 metres to the sea where you can swim from the rocks, and to a small harbour. 2 km away you can rent two 21 ft boats Øien 620F with a 60 hpYamaha 4-stroke motor, steering console and wheel, Garmin sonar map chirp 52DV chartplotter/GPS/sonar. If you want to rent both boats, you need to request the beforehand, as they are also offered to unit 42907. There are fish cleaning tables by the house and by the dock. Go fishing in the sheltered water on the inner part of the Atlantic road, or on the open sea further out - some of Norway's best fishing conditions. Life jackets are included. Catch salmon and trout in Hustadelva, a river 13 km away. There are small trout in Skottenvatnet, a lake 6 km away. Visit Kristiansund (36 km), the fishing village of Bud (26 km) or Molde (47 km).
