The detached beach bungalow, extensively renovated in 2020 with central heating and air conditioning, is furnished with attention to detail. The bright living room/conservatory with a view of the dike is cozily decorated in a maritime style with access to the 16 sqm wooden terrace and, together with the open-plan kitchen and dining area, forms a cohesive space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island including a 5-burner gas stove with a WOK burner. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest toilet. Three! Smart TVs, one in the living room and in 2 bedrooms, are connected to the free Wifi network.
Additionally, beachhouse36 includes a parking space and two wooden terraces.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und auch die Betten und Matratzen sind von guter Qualität.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern als auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Hausverwalter verlief angenehm und völlig problemlos.
Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft sauber.
Insgesamt haben wir unsern Aufenthalt im Beachhouse36 sehr genossen und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen mit einem Häuschen, wo es an nichts fehlte, erwartete uns. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir eine schöne Zeit in Lemmer verbringen konnten. Der Garten bot alles, was es für einen sonnigen Urlaub braucht- Sonnenschirm- Gartenstühle, Tisch und Liegen und die nötige Intimsphäre. Zu Fuß war man fix am Badesteg und mit dem Rad Ruck Zuck im Ort. Wer selbst kochen möchte, findet alles, was es dazu braucht. Der Aufenthalt ließ fast keine Wünsche offen, lediglich die Sonne hätte sich etwas mehr zeigen können. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen.
Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war ein Schneebesen, Spül- und Abtrockentücher (diese haben wir uns dann zusätzlich gekauft) & ein kleines Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank! Aber das waren nur Kleinigkeiten ..
Der Austausch und die Buchung gingen auch reibungslos & fix ! Sehr nette Vermieter!

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. An nichts hat es gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch wunderbar. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Viele liebe Grüße Christian, Andrea und Leni!
