The particularly well-maintained holiday home SB5 with air conditioning and pool is top-modern furnished and offers about 160 m2 of living space. The spacious, bright living room has a couch, two rattan armchairs, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, and a dining table for 6 people. Internet access via Wi-Fi is also available.
The open, modern kitchen is excellently equipped, including three induction cooktops, extractor hood, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a small breakfast table. A washing machine with dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron are also available.
The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a 160 cm wide double bed and has its own bathroom with barrier-free shower, bathtub, bidet, and washbasin. On the ground floor, there is also a separate W.C.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with a 160 cm wide double bed, the other with two single beds, each with a wardrobe. There is also a second bathroom with sink, shower, and W.C.
The completely fenced property has a beautiful, partly covered terrace facing south with a grill and garden furniture for 6 people. The pool, about 5 m in diameter, offers a welcome cool down on hot days.
The nearest Atlantic beach is about 10 km away. The town center with a bakery, a butcher, two restaurants, and a small supermarket is about 800 m away.

- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
