The house also includes a bright bathroom with a shower as well as a second solar shower upstairs. The furnishings are modern and highlight the original character of this 18th-century village house. Particularly beautiful is the original flooring upstairs with its pattern typical of that era.
It shows the traces of the long history of this house today and contributes to the special atmosphere. The house has a large terrace with a dining table under an apricot tree. The large pool (8x3.5m) is shared by guests of Casa Amica and our second house next door, Casa Oreggi.
This way, 2 families or several friends can enjoy a relaxed holiday together. The washing machine, which is located in an outbuilding, is also shared.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus any services not utilized, provided these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest always has the right – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or that it has occurred to a lesser extent than calculated.
