A very cozy holiday home spread over 2 living levels. On the ground floor, there is a very large (approximately 50 sqm) dining and living area with an open fireplace and TV corner. The kitchen is very well equipped (with dishwasher). Also on this level are two bedrooms, a large bathroom (shower, toilet, two washbasins, washing machine), and an additional guest toilet. The large gallery with a second TV leads to the upper floor, which offers two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin. The beautiful, large balcony and the spacious garden with a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore are perfect for relaxing outdoors. The generous layout can accommodate up to 8 people in total. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway in front of the house. There is level (1 step) access to the house. Bed linen/towels can be provided in consultation with the landlord. The house is located directly at the edge of the forest. Only a small holiday home is located to the left of our holiday home at a distance of about 50 meters. Two more houses are to the left of the house at distances of 100 and 200 meters, respectively. The house is situated 120 meters above Lake Maggiore. The lake with its beautiful bathing beach is about 3 km away. The area is also officially classified as a high alpine region. Mountain hikes and bike tours are possible directly from the house, including climbing tours.

Come arrivare
From Switzerland through the Gotthard Tunnel towards Lago Maggiore or coming from Chur through the Bernardino Tunnel continuing to Locarno. From Locarno, pass Cannobio until reaching Cannero. At the beginning of Cannero, go up to the first junction. On the left is the Marlis Zanetti real estate office. There, turn right and drive up the road towards Trarego/Viggiona. Follow the winding and sometimes narrow roads. After 7 hairpin bends, you will find a bus stop on the right-hand side. Turn left at this bus stop. Follow Via Panoramica until the turnoff to the left onto the gravel road to Casa Carlotta (last house on the left). Parking is available in front of the house.

Super schönes, geräumiges Haus mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, überhaupt alles ist in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist der Traumblick von Balkon und Garten. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Wirklich eine Empfehlung.
