Der Garten um das Haus ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt.
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich nicht weit vom Strand Solanas und einem kleinen Supermarkt- alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man fit ist. Ansonsten ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.
Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin hat einwandfrei geklappt.

Ein toller Urlaub auf Sardinien - es fehlt an nichts
Es ist herrlich ruhig und doch nah zum Strand. Nach Villasimius sind es nur wenige Kilometer. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Laden und ein Café für das allernötigste.
Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Nur zu empfehlen!
Toller Meerblick
Das Grundstück ist zwar nicht uneinsehbar, aber man hat schon eine gute Privatsphäre und es ist auch sehr groß und schön angelegt. Der Ausblick/Meerblick ist sehr schön!!!
Zum Strand geht es am besten per Auto (Parken Kostenfrei), ist zu Fuß aber auch machbar.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin hat sehr gut geklappt, auch auf Sardinien, ebenso wie die Übergabe.
Die Klimaanlage haben wir (Juni) nicht benutzt und auch nicht benötigt.
Taumhaftes Ferienhaus
Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage!
Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr nett und mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet, ebenso das Badezimmer. Gut ist, daß die Klimaanlage im Flur vor den beiden Schlafzimmern angebracht ist, sodaß man nachts nicht direkt bepustet wird. Auch Wohnzimmer und Küche ließen keine Wünsche offen. Auf dem Foto der Küche nicht zu sehen ist die große Kühlschrank-Gefrierkombination! DANKE!
Erholung pur. Wir sind Wiederholungstäter.
Das Haus ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Wer an kühleren Tagen zu Gast ist, kann sich am Kamin wärmen - im Hochsommer kühlt einen die Klimaanlage, wenn man das möchte. Mit dem Auto ist man in kürzester Zeit an einem der bezaubernden Strände der Region. Einige gute Restaurants sind in der nahen Umgebung zu finden, so dass man die abwechslungsreiche, sardische Küche genießen kann.
