- 90 - 61 days before rent beginning 30% of the rent price
- 60 - 31 days before rent beginning 50% of the rent price
- from 30 days before the rent beginning 70% of the rent price

Traumferienhaus
Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. In der Nähe gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch der schöne Ostseestrand ist schnell zu erreichen. Gut auch die Nähe von Aldi, Lidl und Skysupermarkt.
Rundum eine sehr empehlenswerte Urlaubsunterkunft.

Ruhig gelegenes, großzügiges Haus
Erholsame Zeit
Es war Platz für alle und es fehlte an nichts.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind die komfortablen Matratzen, sowie die Ruhe bei Nacht. (Das Haus ist nicht hellhörig und die Straße kaum befahren)

Besonders haben wir uns über die liebevolle Betreuung durch Frau Löffler gefreut, die uns schon mit Ostereiern und Blumen empfangen hat.So war es eine gelungene Woche für 3 Generationen und Hund

wir haben uns mehr als wohl in Ihrem wunderschönen Ferienhaus gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine gute Ausstattung.
Auch der Empfang durch Frau Löffler war perfekt. Und das wir unseren Hund mit nehmen konnten war super für uns.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
