Having a swimming pool and a sun terrace with loungers, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home in Sellano. The holiday home is ideal for a small family or group of 4 persons.



Sellano is a mountain village where people still live by the old traditions. You'll still see the shepherd pass by with his sheep. At 8 km from the home, you have a supermarket to buy groceries. To eat out, the restaurants are at 12 km. The surroundings are full of cultural sights. Visit Spoleto at 30 km to explore its historic architecture and art or Spello at 40 km via the Roman Porta Consulate. Nature lovers can enjoy the waterfalls of Marmore at 30 km.



The holiday home has indoor heating for comfort. In the large kitchen, you enjoy conversations while cooking. In the shared garden with lawn, garden furniture, and the magnificent view of the surrounding forested hills, you can enjoy lazy walks amidst nature. The evenings can be enjoyed with smoky barbecued meals and wine. Bicycles are available here.

Für Liebhaber von Ruhe und Natur ein toller Ort mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Monti Sibbelini. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nicht viel zu tun, aber in der weiteren Umgebung gibt es schöne Altstädte. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist etwas einfach, aber ausreichend und mit gutem WLAN

Wunderschöne, zerklüftete Gegend mit mehreren Juwelen in der Umgebung, die man besuchen sollte. Haus mit einfacher, minimalistischer Einrichtung, vor allem die Küche (wir waren im Fonni Blu) und kühlen Raum, wo die Wärme gut draußen blieb. Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge und leider viele Fliegen, die einen nicht alleine lassen. Einfache Kommunikation mit englischsprachigem Besitzer. Die Dame, die er für die Jobs ins Haus schickt, spricht jedoch nur Italienisch, also stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie eine gute Übersetzungs-App haben. Schönes und sauberes Schwimmbad, in dem, wie vielerorts, die Familie / Bekannte des Besitzers manchmal ein Bad nehmen. Sie müssen einen sehr steilen Hang hinuntergehen, um zum Pool zu gelangen. Denken Sie daran, dass Sie wirklich 25 Minuten fahren müssen, um einen Laden oder ein Restaurant zu finden, aber das ist der Preis, den Sie zahlen, um auf einem Berg ungestört zu bleiben. Es stehen keine Fahrräder zur Verfügung, obwohl dies in mehreren Medien angegeben wird. Die Gegend ist sehr gut zum Mountainbiken und Wandern geeignet. Wifi ist vorhanden (obwohl nicht angegeben), sowie Handtücher, die auch nicht auf der Inventarliste standen. Nach einer Woche wird die Bettwäsche ordentlich gewechselt und professionell gereinigt.
