The entire house is tiled, has underfloor heating and external blinds.
In the almost 30 square meter living-dining area there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dining table and four chairs, a wall unit, an upholstered corner with a stool, a fireplace as well as satellite TV, CD and DVD player.
The more than 18 sqm, half-roofed south-facing terrace is accessible via floor-to-ceiling windows from the living area and has an additional outdoor fireplace. There are table, chairs, seat pads, grill and beach chair ready for you to relax.
The fenced and completely overgrown 250 square meter secluded garden connects to the sheltered terrace. From there you not only have a view of the old lighthouse of Tossens, but you can also see the dike.
The bungalow also consists of two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a hallway and a storage room.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x100x200), a wardrobe, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and satellite TV.
The other bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, a folding table with a chair and another satellite TV.
The bathroom was completely renovated and refurbished in 2014 with a walk-in shower with glass partition and has received new sanitary ware including urinal and new tiles. In addition to underfloor heating, you can warm your towels on a towel radiator.

Sehr schöner Bungalow
Wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt zu Familie Guhl. Leider mussten wir vorzeitig abreisen, auch hier zeigte sich der Vermieter sehr entgegenkommend.

Super schönes Haus
Aussen, innen Kamin und Grill waren vorhanden.
Das Haus ist in Top Lage im Aida Park, direkt am Deich und nur 5 min Fussweg zum Dorf.
Leider gibt es kein Wlan im Haus und mit dem Handy war auch nur im Dorf Empfang, was aber manchmal auch entspannend sein kann :-)
Man kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr schön.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Durch die Vermieterin war alles liebevoll vorbereitet. Wir haben Prospekte und Karten von Tossens und Umgebung vorgefunden. Der Verwalter kam umgehend nach unserer Ankunft vorbei und regelte alles Erforderliche.
