The living and dining area is an open space with view to the terrace.
Equipped with TV, DVD player and a Radio-CD-player.
The book shelf is well equipped and there are also some parlour games.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge and dishwasher, as well as dishes, cutlery, coffee-maker and kettle.
Further there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
The bathroom offers a shower, sink and toilet and there is also a separate toilet.

Schöne ruhige Lage.
Unser Wautzi und wir hatten sehr viel Spaß.
Für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (7+11)) absolut ausreichend. Wir hatten zwar nur einen Kurzurlaub, aber es war sehr erholsam und wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist super, besonders wenn sich in der Eifel das Wetter austobt. Auch die Kinder hatten auf dem Grundstück ihren Spaß.
Für Wanderer und Läufer ein Paradies. Es gibt viele Routen die zum Joggen oder Wandern einladen. Auch für Ausflüge gibt das Gebiet viel her. Nürburgring (20 Min), Mayen (15 Min), Laacher See (15 Min), alles mit dem Auto stressfrei zu erreichen.
Auch ein Besuch im Restaurant Eifeler Seehütte (direkt am Riedener Waldsee) ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
