The newly renovated holiday home with tasteful decor accommodates up to four people in a beautiful southern location. A nice, bright, large garden offers plenty of space for relaxation. The garden is bordered on the left and right. The well-equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious dining area and living room are on the ground floor. From the also very bright living room, you can reach the large garden through the big sliding door. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms with double beds or single beds offer a restful sleep. The bedrooms and the spacious bathroom are located on the upper floor. A cot can be added to the large bedroom as it is very spacious.
You will feel comfortable here. We are also happy to offer you a small motorboat, which you can use without a boating license. It will be delivered to the house accordingly, and you will receive a brief introduction. If you feel unsure, please do not hesitate to ask us for a lesson or two. Please take a look at the overview of our available boats. Swimming and fishing are possible directly on the property. The small fishing pass can be purchased in Lemmer for about 10 Euros.
There are two parking spaces directly at the house.

Take the A6 motorway exit Lemmer
then towards Lemmer / Balk, follow the Rondweg (about 1.5 km)
- until the lifting bridge, then take the next street on the left (Plattedijk) towards the beach.
On the right side is the beach / Beach Club, then take the first street right into Industrieweg.
After 150 m, the office is located in the Haus a la mer on the left side of the street.

Ein besonders schöne Haus am Wasser!
Der Garten mit Gräsern und idyllischer Stegbeleuchtung am Abend ein echtes Schmuckstück. Der Blick aufs Wasser von allen Räumen des Hauses ist traumhaft.
Wir hatten bei Marina Park ein Boot gemietet und sind einfach so losgefahren, auch ohne Führerschein ging's super, konnten dann immer am eigenen Bootssteg wieder anlegen!!
Wir können das Haus No. 139 absolut empfehlen!
